    • Objective Alignment:
      • Meet with Rishabh to outline objectives, target audience, overall messaging and key tonality. A questionnaire is shared prior to the meeting for your perusal and discussed during the meeting. 
    • Content Bucket Review:
      • Confirm the four content buckets:
        • Personal insights on investment trends: Concise reflections and analysis on evolving market dynamics.
        • Leadership and mentorship experiences: Real-world leadership lessons and mentoring moments shared from personal experience.
        • Strategic industry commentary: In-depth perspectives on key industry shifts and strategic opportunities.
        • Q&A and interactive discussion posts: Engaging posts that invite dialogue and address audience queries directly.
    • Competitive & Trend Research:
      • Analyze competitors and top-performing thought leadership posts on LinkedIn.
      • Identify trending topics and emerging themes in investment and leadership.
  2. Content Ideation & Calendar Development (Week 1-2):
    • Positioning Strategy :
      • Decide on the positioning strategy for Rishabh across linkedin in terms of creating his personal brand
      • Develop draft topics and formats (text posts, infographics, polls, etc.) and run them past him for approval/ feedback.
    • Content Calendar:
      • Create a monthly content calendar outlining 3-4 post topics, article topics, posting dates, and formats. (Preferably images)
      • Schedule concept review sessions and deadlines for drafts.
  1. Content Creation & Approval (Week 2-3):
  1. Drafting & Design:
    1. Develop post copy, design accompanying visuals, and incorporate data or graphics as needed.
    2. Ensure each post aligns with the defined content buckets and reflects Rishabh’s voice.
  2. Review Process:
    1. Internal review by the content team followed by a review session with Rishabh.
    2. Incorporate feedback and finalize the posts.
  1. Publishing & Engagement (Week 3-4):
    1. Scheduling:
      1. Use LinkedIn’s native scheduler or a social media management tool to publish posts as per the content calendar.
    2. Community Management:
      1. Monitor post engagements, reply to comments, and stimulate discussions to foster audience interaction.
  2. Analytics & Iteration:
    1. Performance Monitoring:
      1. Track post metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) and engagement rates using LinkedIn Analytics.
    2. Monthly Review:
      1. Analyze the performance against KPIs and refine topics, formats, or boosting strategies for the following month.
    3. Feedback Loop:
      1. Regularly consult with Rishabh to adjust tone, style, or content direction based on audience feedback and performance insights.
