B.Content Creation Process

  1. Kickoff & Strategy Alignment:

    • Initial Meeting: Establish objectives, review KPIs, and confirm target audiences.
    • Research & Competitor Analysis:
      • Study 3/4 competitors and industry best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
      • Identify trends, creative inspirations, and boosting benchmarks.
    • Tool Setup:
      • Set up content planning tools (e.g., Slack, Jira or a shared excels to begin with) for streamlined collaboration.
  2. Content Calendar Development:

    • Monthly Calendar Planning:

      • Align posts with key dates, events, and campaigns, topical or trending (only as per industry and tone of voice)
    • Concept Ideation Sessions:

      • Create a social media moodboard to showcase tone of voice, imagery and color palette/ logo usage & placements.
    • Approval Workflow:
      • Submit drafts for internal review and client approvals with specific turnaround times.
  3. Content Production:

    • Asset Creation:
      • Design and produce high-quality statics, reels, and carousels.
      • Write engaging and SEO focused captions for posts and articles as per keyword analysis across platform.
    • Optimization:
      • Tailor content for each platform’s best practices (e.g., caption length, hashtag strategy).
      • Ensure YouTube Shorts are optimized with appropriate titles, tags, and descriptions.
  4. Boosting & Amplification:

    • Identification of Top Performers:
      • Use early performance metrics to identify posts with high engagement so that we can learn, replicate for future.
    • Boosting Strategy:
      • Allocate a minimal monthly boosting budget to promote select posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
      • Set up A/B tests to determine the best creative elements and messaging for boosted posts.
      • Monitor performance continuously and adjust spend based on audience response.
    • Reporting & Iteration:
      • Include boosting performance in a detailed monthly report – detailing reach, engagement uplift, and ROI.

D.Communication Process & Timeline

  2. Phase 2 (Weeks 3-4): Content Development & Approval
